Since the early 1970’s I offered residential and commercial projects. Each craftsman I employed was an expert performing specific trades.  In order to learn those trades I worked on my hands and knees twelve (12) hours each day, six days each week as an apprentice to learn each trade from the experts I employed. Over the course of decades I developed skills, talents, and wisdom performing carpentry, masonry, marine construction (docks & boathouses & seawalls) landscape, hardscape, concrete & concrete coatings, tiling, drywall, and painting.

My commercial projects included major remodeling of restaurants, gift shops, hotels, motels, retail spaces, professional offices, and several ocean-front resorts not limited to Hawaiian Isles, Riviera Beach Hotel, Castaways, and Marco Polo.

In 1980, Harold Vineberg needed an urgent favor to complete the construction of one of Miami’s premier nightclubs Casanovas. That Casanovas nightclub project consisted of custom designed wet bars with custom bar rails (steamed and bent) to fit the bar’s radius design. Along the club’s walls we installed dozens of wall-mounted drink rails and dozens of stand-up dry bars. We hung and finished the fire-rated drywall, interior and exterior trim, constructed a floating dance floor containing 128 separate cells wherein a world-class lighting expert (Ben Eglin) installed his digital, computer-aided, light show. Additionally, we constructed the club’s stage for musical acts to perform.

In the early 2000’s I ended all labor crew relations and ended any further reliance on sub-contract relations. I became the proverbial me, myself, and I home repair and improvement solution.  I focus on providing property owners world-class results at cost-effective price points.
